Yesterday (and early this morning) were quite active. One of these, I really need to get off my mind (and into words). Going by the title, I’m pretty sure you folks know which one is going to take more time.
So let’s go to the one that’ll take less; my mother’s problems. Basically, she has access to my bank account (to where she can transfer money, etc). I asked her to verify this claim that I have such and such in my account, and if it would be possible to go on and buy that PSU that I may or may not need (but only going on a recommendation).
She entered her username and password and tried to login, but nothing happened. So I ran over to my computer, and was able to login just fine. But I still need to help her out.
Checked to see if she even had internet access (by getting her to another site), and she
did. I tried to clear her browser’s cache several times, but to no avail.
Somehow I was able to try to login, but it kept saying either the username or password were wrong, and eventually locked me out. Luckily she had the info needed to unlock it, and change the password to something different.

Got her in, as if there wasn’t a problem. Saw my balance, and.. I’m unsure at this time. I would feel better if I revisited the idea near the end of the month.
But the problem wasn’t fixed. Even though she has a new password (and the correct name of her username), the bank website continued to not log in. I can only assume that it might not support the browser she’s using.

And sure enough, I was right. This morning, she told me that Chrome is no longer supported with the bank website. So now I have to set up Firefox for her, which is going to be quite time consuming.

And now it’s time to switch to a more pressing matter, that just might even put myself in hot water. I was hanging out with my friends in VRChat (in this saloon world). Klaus tries to get me to come to him in his VRChat World.
I assumed it was probably something very important (to him), like staring in the upcoming Part 3 of the HDS (that wouldn’t be as important to myself). But he persisted, sending me another invite. I felt “if it’s that important, you come to us” and sent him an invite. Because we were with friends, and didn’t want to be pulled away for something not that important.
He actually did show up, telling us what had happened since I last saw him. Then coming up to me to give me some quite troubling news…

It seems Creepery is no longer king of The Best Boi Kingdom– infact, he is seriously fucked. But before he could continue, he got lagged out and disconnected.
He sent myself and Kovo an invite to the same world. Kovo highly debated if we should go, but I talked him into going (as I might need his support to get me through this emotional rollercoaster).
We joined, and were with Nate (the creator of the Discord I’m currently a part of, and have been for about a month). Klaus and himself were able to explain what fully happened.
Though they couldn’t tell me when this mess started, the only thing I can remember is Creepery went up to one of his best friends, and turned over full control of the Discord to him, stating that he “needs some time”.
And for some reason, he’s been going behind our backs, telling things. And this is putting him in some serious hot water. Something about that there was a conversation between himself and Charms, that started to get out of control.
And now he’s a wanted man; pissing off the Warhammer 40k, who are going after anyone with information about this. And if they don’t disclose, they will be hacked.

I told them that Creepery never came to me about this, feeling that he didn’t want to get me involved. But Klaus feels differently, saying he was also a good friend with Creepery.
Nate told me to avoid all contact with Creepery (especially if he tries to tell me his side of the story), else the Warhammer 40k would come after me. Said they’ll probably be going after them.
Creepery has gone rogue, clearly. Something changed him, from being the lovable best friend I knew since coming into VRChat for the first time. And it really, really upsets me to hear this news.
I need to contact Charms (but in a secured way), and see what he knows about this. The story is quite fragmented, and it just feels… Creepery would NEVER DO THIS! This.. this isn’t the Creepery I remembered, who understood the risks and knew that he had to be at his best!
I also can’t let anyone know what I know. Hopefully I say off of the Warhammer 40k’s radar.
