Personal thoughts while waiting for responses

I got a response for the first thing. They mention they have a cPanel service and also showed a few links. However, none of them seemed to show how I access it on their website.
I also did some Google searching, trying to see if I could find a direct link. All I found was a bit disturbing (not as “OH GOD WTF?!?!”, but “Ugh, really?”). It seems they can provide a ‘cPanel Hosting’ for $4/mo.
This leads me to believe, angry never got into this. I did respond to that email, asking “How do I access cPanel?”

The person also seemed to forget what I had said about angry not having access anymore. Angry told me that he left because I told him to. I did not. I just wanted him to think of how much money we’ve been wasting for as little as I use it. He obviously didn’t see it like that, as he had full control (as a programmer).
But all of that, he was doing for me. Not for himself. He doesn’t need me. … Maybe I’m the one that needs to think. Meh…

Well, the guy wanted my username and the last four letters of my password to verify I am me. So I did. Really wish this wasn’t the best option to reach them, but their Live Chat is still down (even know it claims it’s Online on their website. Very misleading).
Now I could call them (or even try for the 3rd time to reach their Live Chat), but to expect someone to answer on a Sunday is quite humorous. Though I’m glad the billing date isn’t close, or I would really have a problem.
But to have to pay to access cPanel; something I had gotten for free before? Mmmmm… well. If they say it’s my only way, I’ll do it. It’s only $4 a month(which is $48 a year). But I’m not paying it with this one. It’ll be for the new website.
I need cPanel. It’s the perfect toolset for the average webmaster (aka, me). It beats going into FTP and doing it the manual way, or learning coding and doing what angry did and SSH my way in.

.
EDIT: I found the cPanel! It was right there under my nose. Thank god this is not something I have to pay for. It comes with the hosting, apparently. However, I cannot login to it. It’s not the same password that I have. It’s the original one that angry gave me, but I don’t have it wrote down anywhere. So I’m screwed there.
There is a way to reset the password, but when I try it, I don’t get an email. It’s going to someone else (maybe angry). Maybe it’s being sent to webmaster@beniesbuilds.com, but angry may’ve done something and messed it up my mistake.
Dunno, but I had to send them a response for that. Hopefully he can pull up the old email, figure out why I’m not getting anything when trying to reset the password, and get me access.
I want to learn cPanel before I do anything else.

EDIT2: Beginning to feel this too is going to be a waste of money. $60/yr to host two blogs (just so I can have access to plugins)? There’s got to be a cheaper option. The days of me being a webmaster are gone. There’s really no point in paying that much, for how little I’ll use it. It’s like buying a supercar and never driving it. WordPress I believe does offer its own blog web hosting. I might look into this and forget Arvixe.
Though I think it can only support one blog, instead of multiple. If so, then that’s unfortunate.

Seriously, why am I so.. double-talking here? Here I said to angry “Dude, we’re wasting money on this thing. It’s just two blogs and you accessing via SSH.”, yet when I ‘take over’, I’m all “Hmm, I could make another site”.. I’m literally forgetting what I just said to angry! I said, it was a waste of money. So why in the fuck do I want another website from them?

…Because I love how fast they load. And really, this is possibly my ONLY option. I really doubt WordPress would allow me to make a domain just for my blogs, and have it at like.. $20/mo. Which is even more money in the long-term than what I would pay yearly to Arvixe.
On top of it, what’s the guarantee it’ll be as fast as what I get from Arvixe(since the website moved servers)? And also, my brain felt that having a ‘benies-blogs.com’ domain would have more of a purpose, as it would be the true nature of the site.

Let this trend on Twitter. I deserve it.

EDIT3: The Sales person responded about 15 minutes ago at the time of typing this, also asking for my username and last four digits of my password. Funny how they will respond via email, but not Live Chat or even calling them.
Screw this “feel like I’m wasting my money” thing, because I heard WordPress Premium is $99/yr. And that’s only one domain. Fuck that. I may not use the new domain for its full purpose, but at least I won’t be spending as much money.
I did see that Arvixe offers its own hosting for WordPress blogs, for only $4/mo. But that’s only for one blog, not multiple.
