When the term ‘true friend’ is really shown / “You can always come to us” -Orion / What the Wolfdog doin’?

Today I wasn’t 100% sure if I should come back to VRChat, still feeling a bit upset of what I did to MIBIT. I looked at VRCX and saw him and EXGAMING in a private world. I’m pretty sure by now, EXGAMING knows about what happened and I’m too nervous to go see him. Maybe after a few weeks have passed, I will. I’m sure they just need
time.
I also saw someone disobeyed my direct order not to DM me unless it’s important. But the name is someone I really couldn’t say no to. Now that I no longer feel I have to ban myself from VRChat, I didn’t mind asking their question.

Of all people that would disobey my direct order to not DM me.. it was Blender. He was really worried about me. So I said to him “Well, let’s just say there was a lot of miscommunication between me and MIBIT.” and ended with “I mean… love, you know? It can get.. complicated.”
Since I said that last bit, he said “I was thinking about that for awhile”, “One things for sure though is me remembering the last ‘relationship’ you were in, and I was thinking hard about that one.” Mmm, you mean me and Wolfdog? Yes. That was exactly what he was talking about.
So, I freely explained the entire story, including why I didn’t go to him about this
sooner (because I didn’t want to get him involved in that mess)… I even explained the painful realization I had with Brayden, that I didn’t ask for but knew I needed as it was a good wakeup call.
When I finished explaining, he didn’t know what to say for a bit, but understood why I was holding it back of how painful that experience was for me (especially what I went through with Grok). I went back to the situation with MIBIT (to stay on topic).
He was a bit saddened with how I didn’t tell MIBIT, but he wasn’t mad at me one bit. Felt thankful I could come to him about this and he wouldn’t cause drama, and I said I’d come see him tonight.

Got on VRChat around 10’ish, playing Myst outside of that and writing down a walkthrough for my future self incase I play it again.
Blender was in a private world and sent him an invite, and saw drowsee joinable. Went to go see him since we had that conversation. When I got there, Blender had accepted my invite and drowsee was AFK, so I took this to my advantage and left the world without him noticing me.. and was joining a 631MB sized world to see Blender. Great. Another MMD world.
Really wish WorldPredownloader would act like CVR and auto-predownload the world for me, but I understand it would be messing with the API and that’s a big no-no.
Joined the world. Recognized it, remembered joining it a year or two ago (way before I got full body). Blender and two of his friends were in the dance building, and I didn’t want to disturb them. So I stayed outside, found the mirror and tried to chill… still remembering what I did to MIBIT, and feeling I really don’t deserve to be on.
Five minutes later, Blender comes over to me. He asks (in his own way) of what I’m doing here infront of a mirror by myself, so I explained the reason. His two friends come over to the mirror too. He can tell by the tone of my voice that I don’t feel great, and he’s not wrong.
I lean over and whisper to him “I can’t say it here”. He understands, then says one of them is planning to leave soon as it’s almost 6am for him. “Ah, so they’re European” I say. Yet to my ears, neither of them had that distinct voice a European would have. So perhaps
an American living somewhere in Europe? But I wasn’t about to ask these two strangers that kind of question. That would be a bit rude.
Instead Blender and I cuddled and snuggled for the longest time, enjoying eachother’s company; only occasionally Blender would react to certain things his two friends were saying. At this point I wasn’t sure if this entire thing even deserved a blog post, but more did happen as time passed that would definitely be blog-worthy.

And that came when Orion joined us a second time as we were hugging in the dance room. He thought we were starting to be a thing. Blender spoke for me saying “no, I’m pretty sure Benie isn’t looking for a relationship right now”. I can’t really remember what happened afterwards, only that I was talking about what happened between me
and MIBIT. And one key thing that happened is when I explained about the way he did communication to that of a schedule. Orion said “Wolfdog does the same thing!!”
…Really. That’s news to me. And when I tried to explain.. the ironic part of me when it comes to communication (starting with Jero and asking Orion “I dunno, did I tell you about Jero?”), he changed it to where he does his best not to get his nose in other people’s business.
Then the situation changed, him asking Blender a question about Wolfdog being part of that group of theirs we both joined together after the fallout with Grok, if to kick Wolf out of the group for “being inactive for two months” and “having a hell of an attitude”.

..So I was right about Wolfdog having an attitude?! Orion explained the situation of how he avoids being with friends and has an overall snarky attitude.

So Wolfdog WAS lying to me! My negativity was telling the truth!

TAKE THAT, common sense! 😀 ..GOD that made my night! Exposing Wolfdog for who he really is! But still, I shouldn’t ‘party down’ too hard over it.
But I did thank both Orion and Blender for being there for me, for not berating me for fucking up with MIBIT. They’re just happy I’ve learned my lesson.
“Now you know that an open relationship and an unofficial relationship are a bad idea”. Yes. Thank you, Orion. 🙂 And he told me that I’m still part of the Yeen Brothers discord and I can always go there for help when Novice isn’t there to help me. I will definitely keep that in mind.

Meanwhile, Fusky of all people asked to join me. Huh.. why him (or rather her, the fact they’re now called ‘missfusky’)? I didn’t mind too much, just hoping she wouldn’t start drama with me. Besides, Orion is with me. He’s got my back.
Took some time but she joined. I didn’t really have much to say as I didn’t expect her to join. I’d rather it to be Novice but, ehh. Then I remember her saying “wait, I sense drama approaching” or something like that before going AFK.
A few seconds later.. Brayden joins. I say “ohh no..” under my breath. God damn
Fusky, you have a sixth sense! Either that or she’s the one that invited him.

Thankfully Brayden didn’t want to start shit with me either. Good, because I’m not in the mood to deal with it.
Blender went to bed. Five minutes later, Wolfdog joins us. I notice Orion no longer wanting to talk since then. I decide to keep it cool and say “hey Wolf!” in a polite tone. No response. So either he was ignoring me or his mic was off. I saw Fusky and Brayden coming up to him, and Orion walking away. I followed Orion, wondering if he’ll say anything about this.
He leaves without warning, not even messaging me in a DM. So I leave too. I know Brayden saw me leave, but I didn’t care. I have no reason to be in there.
Tried to join someone else. Honestly not much going on. It was 4am and I was quite
tired, so I decided to get off VR for the night and work on this post.. nearly fell asleep infront of my computer, my brain feeling way too tired to think.
So, off to bed.
