Another slow night

Yesterday I assumed we were going to do Chapter 4 and 5, but something was going on with everyone and I had a blog post to write (plus I kept being interrupted by my mother which is always fun). Instead I did Chapter 4 solo. This time I tried what I could to take what I was told and only grabbed a few supplies (mostly planks) for the journey.
Got 100% completion and made my way back, and I swear it was like a carbon copy of yesterday.. even having that damn big fish. But this time I knew how to handle it by staying below deck whenever it swam beside or behind me. The plan worked and was able to get away.
Got back to an outpost just fine, glad I was able to get what I needed to get. I would had also done Chapter 5, but it was 10’ishPM and I wanted to get on VRChat. Little did I know I should had just done it with how slow the day was.
When I did join VRChat, as expected Novice was on. But I noticed Blender wasn’t, which was a bit odd. So I joined Novice. He and a bunch of others were watching a movie, yet I couldn’t find them anywhere.
Someone else joined and I followed them. They too were looking for someone. Then another person spawned in and told this person “just ten more minutes” and shushing them. Hearing the person sigh I tried to comfort them, then I hear “we can hear
you” coming from somewhere. Muted my mic to be on the safe side, and waited those ten minutes. And it really felt like 10 minutes, but I was able to see what they were on the screen– some kind of English subtitle dubbed anime and at the end they were
singing Happy Birthday to.. a dead grandmother’s picture? The fuck? This feels like someone’s crazy dream that makes no sense.
Did laugh one time (with where this kid wanted to kiss this girl so much and was so nervous that he got a nosebleed and nearly died from blood loss. Well that’s definitely one way to make a good impression, isn’t it?

Finally the movie ended. One by one the people that were watching the movie started filing in. I saw the guy that told the other guy to shush and backed up into a corner. He came up to me and I felt he was going to yell at me for interrupting them by accident. Instead he gave me a boop and said “it’s been awhile since I’ve seen that face of yours”. I recognized him as one of the friends I unfriended a very long time ago as I don’t really hang out with them anymore.

Orion’s advice

Novice came up to me and did his usual thing. Orion unexpectingly showed up and wanted to apologize for not being there, said he was asleep. And then wanted to know what I meant by my question. I explained about how to prepare for such a thing. He simply said to “pack light” when it comes to unphased Tall Tales, this way you won’t lose any real effort if you get sunk by PvPers. Makes perfect sense to me. And he says I’m right that you really need to ‘look intimidating’ to other players, and yes it does vary from player to player about looking like you’re ‘issuing a challenge’, but he says it’s “mostly
unlikely”.
Finally when it comes to doing the other Tall Tales, he does say they are soloable.. but warns me the later ones are “hard”. Told him that yeah, I understand there will definitely be a challenge involved.

The guy that boop’d me drops a portal down to his work. Nearly everyone goes in including myself. It’s a japanese sauna. Pretty cool. It even has this rather unique ‘fog mirror’ that you can write things on the mirror.

Another reason to block Raymond / Random stuff

So we’re just chilling, enjoying ourselves. Not really much is going on. Brayden joins and my mind fears it every time since that hell I went though. I know it’s over but I keep fearing he’s going to one day wish to talk in private with me about something embarrassing. He scares me. And I know the only true way to solve a fear is to face it. But he’s too damn intimidating to face.
Moving away from that.. Raymond showed up. Joy. And he was just as annoying as ever. Even going as far as saying “I saw your bio, did you break up with that guy?” I stood there not knowing what to say, but shrugged and said “well, you know” (just trying to play it cool). Thankfully he didn’t bring it up again, but felt I should be hugged and have his crotch in my face. And one time I had to tell him I didn’t want that.
Novice on the other hand, started saying to people he was going to get off. Looked at the time and thought to myself “yeah it is getting close to that time for his night shift job”.
He came up to me and booped me. I said “are you getting off?” I expected him to
say “yeah, it’s time for me to get to work”. Instead he said “yeah but I’m going to invite you”.
Raymond asked “can I come too?” Novice paused and said “maybe”. I started to wonder what was going through Novice’s mind, but I also didn’t care; he was getting ready to get me away from Raymond and I wanted to thank him so much.
The invite popped and I left quickly, feeling free. I thanked him when I arrived. He
said “yeah, but I didn’t like how he asked you about your breakup with MIBIT like that infront of everyone. That was quite rude of him.”
I nodded in agreement, feeling this was the perfect time to talk about all the reasons why I want to block him… but also can’t as I don’t want him to be all “I was blocked for no reason. I did nothing wrong”. Now only if I could feel this when it comes to Brayden and block him too. But he always finds ways to ‘undo their decision’ by using friends against the one that blocked him (instead of just accepting it like an adult).
Maybe I should talk to Orion about it. Get his advice. I’ve already told Blender the hell that Brayden put me through. Once Orion hears it he might defend me.. then again I don’t really want to be defended. I just want Brayden to accept it and move on.
…Sorry, where was I going with this? Oh yeah. I even told Novice about Raymond boring me with useless knowledge about things he cannot control.

So anyway, I did tell Novice the story about me and MIBIT again. He apologized for falling asleep that day. He didn’t really say much as.. he ended up falling asleep anyway as I was nearly done. Seeing how it was close to him for work time, I tried to wake him up but figured his father would be. He did wake up, saying he felt comfortable being here. I smiled and said “I know, but you gotta get to work”.
Gave him a goodbye kiss and he hopped off.

Didn’t really know what to do afterwards, but did see Melan and NapPie joinable in a world. Went to go see him. Saw Melan in VR and in full body. This is rare to see. Not really much happened apart from them going somewhere else in the world and then going to another world. Was with Rabbit and some random. Toucan joined us, so that’s nice to see him again. Definitely has been awhile. Last time I saw him was after I broke up with Wolfdog.
The three of us were laughing at sexual jokes, with the random acting like a femboy infront of Toucan. Saw a bit of his lewd side. That’s a first as he usually doesn’t talk about that.
Went to ‘Femboy Hooters’ (my first time there). Started to get bored, wondering why Blender wasn’t on and thought maybe Orion might know the answer.

Found Orion in ‘Prop Hunt’; a recreation of the famous Gmod gamemode. Waited for him to show up. When he did he didn’t give me a chance to ask where Blender was, only asking me to join the fun. I decided to just watch instead. As they played, I noticed my FPS beginning to go down.. to 9. The fuck?! I had the lowest FPS! Mine was 9 and everyone else’s was 30+.
Decided to leave and come back to the world and that thankfully ‘refreshed’ things. Might’ve been a stuck object somewhere that was causing lag (for me only). Very very weird.
When I came back, nearly everyone was gone and I was able to speak to Orion. He said Blender didn’t say anything, only to respect that he’s trying to get some sleep (which I never said I wasn’t and was only saying it’s a bit odd but ok). Then he left without saying a word, going somewhere else. At this point I thought of just hopping off early (was 3 in the morning) and if I hop off now I could do Chapter 5.
That’s when I noticed Melan and NapPie were in another joinable world. Joined them and the odd game they were playing. Feels like ‘Guess Who?’, another Gmod gamemode. You are going around this maze like area, collecting coins.. while trying your best to blend in before the Overseer finds and kills you. You can steal coins from other players. The object of the game is to blend in and who has the highest number of coins at the end of the round is the winner.
It’s quite fun, but it’s also a bit nerve-wracking hearing that red beam of death being fired so close to me. I’ve had a lot of close calls of players (and other NPCs) being eliminated that were right next to me.

With just me and another remaining (and myself getting eliminated every. dang.
time) Blender joins me, and again is as nervous as he was before. I dunno what’s up with him honestly, why he can’t just talk with my other friends while I’m doing my thing. But anyway the other player wins.. by one point. Dag nabit. GG though. 🙂
Run up to Blender and snuggle him, who does the same back to me. He’s confused how the game works and I start explaining as another portal’s dropped, and they’re all running in. Seeing the portal is Invite+ I decide to not go there, and stay with Blender instead.
I ask him if he wants to go to an Invite world with me and he says “yes, E!”
Go to Room of the Rain and make out.. and then some.

Blender can’t sleep / “Hey, Chuck E. How’s your sex life?” LOL

The reason he hopped on was because of me, but he told me he’s also been trying to fix his sleep schedule. Said he spoke to Grok’s boyfriend (they’re still a thing surprisingly) and he told him to get some sleep. But he can’t and doesn’t know why. Said he had an idea of staying up all day, yet wasn’t sure if that would be healthy. I told him MIBIT tried that on my birthday and I didn’t like it, and to not do what he did. But I also told him
that MIBIT tends to take a few naps here and there and that might help him.

After both of us had fun getting our sausages drained, he brought up seeing a video
of Mario and Luigi talking about sex education. I started thinking of really hilarious ideas for the CEC Experience of Pasqually as Mario asking Chuck E if he knows what safe sex is. Oh my layrd the reaction from him was priceless, him being so embarrassed and running around me.
One time Blender said he could see Chuck E throwing his star at Jasper if he asked that. And I (acting like Pasqually) said “Ohh mama mia, that’s some penetration!” and fucking lost it laughing my head off.
He showed me the video, and in turn we both learned the origin of Luigi saying “Hello Mario“. It was just so bad how this teenager didn’t even know what a penis was.

It was getting close to 6 in the morning. I’m yawning my head off, barely able to stay awake. Before I left, I told Blender “you know, I’d like to see how this goes in 5-6 months from now”. He was confused at first but understood pretty quickly. Aka, if we still really like eachother (like we do now if not more) by April 5th 2022, then I don’t see why we couldn’t make this official. He said how quick Wolfdog wanted to be my boyfriend was way too quick, and I agreed with him.

So yeah. If it works out, that’s great. If it doesn’t, then.. *shrug*. Simple as that, and doesn’t involve me making several posts about how much this is going to work then later regretting posting it. Tired of doing that and I’m sure you folks are as well.
Plus this was going to be another day where I didn’t feel it was worth making a blog post for.
