2012 doomsday called as bullshit, say scientists

I very, very rarely quote news articles in this blog, but this grabbed my attention.
According to star charts, the Earth and the Sun will be in the center of the galaxy — perfectly aligned, which will cause Earth’s axis to tilt, ending all life as we know it.

Scientists say this is bullshit. Yes, we will be in the center of the galaxy, but nothing will happen to the Earth they say.
And here is their “proof”.

.
I say, 2012’s doomsday is still real. Of course I thought the same thing about Y2K, which turned out to be fake. But the fact global warming is a problem, I feel we don’t have much longer to live.
Scientists are saying this to calm us down and make the non-believers laugh at us. I don’t work like this. Not until the very day that the Earth is supposably doomed, and nothing happens, will I believe it all was a lie.

Yet I tell myself, even if it wasn’t, what can we do about it? But my brain refuses to listen to it.

Still, like I said, until the day I see guaranteed, believable proof that there will be NO doomsday on December 21st, 2012, I will think there is.
