This is the only place I can express myself from my latest ban on Facepunch. This time, it was something I thought would never happen to me. A meme reply.
What happened was I was in the thread (the dragon one). Most everyone has santa hats on their avatars, except me. As my new Christmas tradition, I would wait ’till the start of December.
A classic TV show comes on. How the Grinch Stole Christmas. I explained on the thread that it reminded me of myself when I went rogue and tried to stop the thread series.
But me, just like the Grinch, neither succeed to stop what we tried to, and realized that it was pointless and went back.
I found it funny, because it definitely was like what happened a few weeks ago. But no one else found it as funny as I did. Even Fishy didn’t give me a funny. And that’s where it started. I said at the end of my shocked reply to him after he rolled his eyes at me, “I am disappoint”. Apparently now that’s a god damn ban offense! Where in the fuck do they make up these sudden rules that no one knows about?
“I am disappoint” was never a bannable offense before. But yeah, it is a meme reply.
5 minutes later, I was staring at the Refugee Camp. I thought the ban came from a “Posting in a ban-me” from another thread in GD. Bunch of trolls doing this ‘Google Mission’. People think this is another DDoS attack. But it looked like a spam attack to me.
If it was a DDoS attack, Facepunch would be slower than *something funny here*.
Anyway, what’s worse about this ban, is Garry fixed it where you cannot switch accounts if you got banned less than three months ago. It uses your IP to ban you. Only people with routers can change their IP’s and get in as an alt. This fucking sucks. Makes me wish I suddenly had a router just to post on BeaverMon.
Not to mention, I got banned in the thread series. First time ever have I been banned in the dragon megathread. It feels like shit. 🙁 What a way to celebrate Christmas, huh? A free ban for something I didn’t know was a bannable offense?
I swear the mods are getting more and more banhammer-happy.
Well. At least the ban was only for a day. So that’s not bad. At least, thanks to Fishy for giving me the idea to clear my cookies, I’m able to view the forum, but as a guest. I can’t even log into Benie now without seeing the IP ban thing. Just have to wait ’till tomorrow night when my ban expires.

In other shit, tomorrow evening (if the cash shows up in the bank) I’m planning to order me a new 2GB stick of RAM so I can get up to 4GB, for $48.00 ($72 with tax and S&H). Hopefully this will make my games run more efficiently, then maybe I can finally enjoy playing Oblivion.
I have tried Left 4 Dead 2. It runs great, but god damn does it has its piss off moments. For example, the new finallies they have. Your team either has to rush through an endless wave of horde to get to the rescue point, or help fill up this car with gas 8 times, while fighting zombies.
It’s a love-hate relationship here. But I hate the final finallie more. The end of The Parish, where you have to cross a bridge. Sounds simple, yes? Let’s add an endless wave of zombies, very little in medikits, and no way to revive your dead teammates.
Yeah, and also add a Tank near the helicopter so he can piss off the survivors that make it across the bridge. Don’t you love the way VALVe thought about that?
Endless Horde+No medikits+Chargers, Hunters, Smokers, and Jockeys+Tank near chopper=Fun. To them it is.
