Again, a game I wish I didn’t buy. Or maybe I’m just not playing it right.
This game is two years old. That’s why there’s a GoTY Edition, which I bought. I expected more comedy, and I’m not seeing it. Only freaky-ass faces staring at me.
The only ‘comedy’ I’ve seen, is the sadistic kind. Such as “I’m so happy I could rip out your intestines and play jump rope with them!”. And I’m going “Eeh heheh.. hehe…heh…. where’s the exit?!”
Maybe you have to create your own humor in this game. Like shooting a wolf in the ass while sneaking with an arrow.
.
I can’t say I’m falling inlove with the game. It’s cool. But it feels like it’s missing.. alot. It has tutorials. The scenery. Freaky-ass characters. The “Stop Right There Criminal Scum!” guards.
I haven’t met the Adoring Fan yet. And I think I’m glad not to from what I have heard.
I find the Oblivion portals, annoying. In a way I do like that you have an option to disable it or just run by.
I know why they’re there. But the fact when going into Oblivion, they seem to recycle land and tower placement. All you do is find a way to get into the main tower. Go up the main tower. Defeat imps and the big guys. Get to the top. Disable the portal. Teleport back, and move on… every time.
Leveling seems to be a bitch to achieve. You seem to be stuck at Level 1 for days after doing all sorts of shit. What I’ve read, leveling depends on leveling most if not all of your skills.
Another thing I hate, it seems to be graphics-intensive for such an old game. Maybe I just need more RAM.
And also… ugh.. the run speed is horrifying. I think it might be because I’m wearing Imperial Guard armor, due to a mistake of being forced to kill a guard to prevent for being arrested of doing a crime no one saw me do. Grand Theft Horse. lol
They were asleep. No one saw me walk over and hop on, then run off with it.

To be honest, I found Fallout 3 to be more fun than this. Not to mention more humorous. Still. I will keep playing it until I win, to give my full review.
