“All I wanted to do was reinstall Windows!” PART 2

I finally got everything pointing in the right direction! If only this is what I did in the first place…

After finally contacting the guy who was as I thought, very busy, I did my best to briefly explain my issue. He told me to remove the cables from the IDE, reinstall Windows, then when I got back in, to format the secondary to remove the duplicate Windows copy.

And that worked better than expected. Except for one scare with one of the pins coming out as I was taking the power cable off the secondary. Thank goodness nothing happened there.

Now I got my desktop the way it is. Got the secondary reformatted, set to E, starting to get my games back on there.

.
But now as I finish typing this late entry, it’s time to see if the hell I just went through of reinstalling Windows a total three times in less than 48 hours, was worth it. Did it fix the GOTY of Fallout 3 from BSODing…
