Alot of things have been happening that are too big for the Title.

Angry told me I have another new neighbor. It’s that semi-noob named “Baalel” I met beside the landbridge yesterday. He’s currently living Northeast of me. Angry was helping him when I logged in and began Phase 4 of my project(which isn’t really a project. Just a few ideas scattered here and there to make my piece ‘o land looking more, log cabin’ish).
I got angry to help me dig. He took over terraforming as I dug. But it turned ugly when he chopped a tree down I told him not to. We didn’t speak ’till after I ate dinner.

After getting back in, I found angry in my future me, “Bennie”. Gop was also there. He then explained about a croc to the north of my HS, and showed me it. I tried to lure it around the NW corner of my deed, but failed. Angry then tried, along with Gop. Finally they got the gator around and in my HS, and my guards killed it.
Had trouble trying to bury the corpse though, due to rock tiles. I laid some lose dirt down and was finally able to bury it. Angry claims the corpse won’t rot on deed, but I’ve seen it…twice. But I didn’t wanna have to fight with him on who is right.

After that first croc attack, angry made a farm for me, and fences…once again going overboard, making a animal pen I have no use for. He said he’ll use it to lure pigs he found.
Why?… All he said is I don’t HAVE to use it…then why even fucking build it?!

Ugh. Anyway. This lead me to make a post. Which is this. As I was writing, I had that idea again of rerouting the road that leads to my house. It was the one that uses the road that goes to Infinity on the right side of my HS. If I could snake it through the forest and join it to the house on it’s left side, I wouldn’t need this road. And it’ll look like my old HS.
But I quickly tossed it out the window after thinking of the major terraforming involved. But hell. I don’t be doing anymore after another fucking croc attack. Let me explain.
I was walking along the edge of what was the road, seeing how I would get it going. Went over to my old forge was. Saw that would be a good place to get more dirt. Turned around and here comes a Adol crocodile coming towards me.
I panicked and ran as FAST as I could, falling on my ass and face on the way to the HS, trying to get away from this fucker who was closing in on me. But I didn’t have time to check. Safely getting back I told angry.
Soon I got that one lured in, but I had to run around the little space like a chicken with it’s head cut off, trying to get away from being chomped, waiting for my guards. Finally, taking their sweet time getting over to aid me, they helped to tank it. As we’re fighting, I see this “Throw” option.
Thinking it was some kind of new fight move, I hit it, not knowing I just threw my shovel at it. It bounced off the gator and broke into a million pieces. :-/
Now angry is going to make me another one. But he’s AFK and has been since I started rewriting this post.

As he has, I had that idea again for the road, but took out the road. I wanted the new house!
The plan in my head is fuzzy right now, but it’s basically a smaller house, with a deck on the left side. Some place to just… relax and sit down. Yes. What deck is complete without a table and a few chairs?
I don’t need a 3×3. It’s too big. A 2×3 is all I need for a home.

I haven’t been posting since my last post. Through the weekend and this week it’s not been fun, but everything’s slowly coming together, such as angry’s plans with Elysium.
He’s created a nice plan for the future village of ‘Bennie Bay’. He also has a marker down. A HS marker, to keep others from founding.
I haven’t been playing as much as I used to. Due to the fence back at my HS. But angry lended a helping hand to get them down by getting me the ammo(rock shards) I need. Today, he used my account to help get them down as I ate
Finally I got the last fence down myself after angry went to bed, and now can move onto Phase 4, which is to dig on the right side of my HS and use the dirt to raise the tiles in my deed, so I can freely access them.
However I feel that too will not go without it’s own problems. Such as the “dirt flowing” thing. Angry’ll be on tomorrow to help me out though.

Ohh yeah. Before I forget if I haven’t mentioned it, angry wants me to prem Bennie, my soon to be main. He claims that ML/Body strength won’t be wasted. I find that hard to believe. Why should I give prem to a noob account?

I’ll post more tomorrow. I played Prey last night and stayed up too late. 😛

Fortunately, angry did not have the chance to do that. But he wanted to. Even paint my house blue. Though all he did was paint the lamps MD made for him to blue that are on my HS.
He’s fucking doing it AGAIN! Presuming I’ll like anything he does for me, even if I don’t ask for it.
And what I do ask for, he overdoes it. Such as getting some trees for me. Instead of asking where I want them to be planted, he starts planting them in rows by the road to the north. And he doesn’t think of mixing them for an added effect. He put all the sprouts in their own rows as the road goes up.
I didn’t ask for him to do that. Or even to put them there. Once again, it’s that god damn presuming thing he does.

This is seriously pissing me off. Though I know he can’t help it… I just wish he would learn to STOP doing things I don’t ask!
Seriously though… and if angry’s reading this I’m sorry. I don’t mean to hurt his feelings. But if he was my neighbor in real life and he did this, I would be forced to move to another town… far away.

In other news, due to the mistake he made a day ago by planting the village deed by accident in Elysium, I have to save him since he’s out of money. Not to mention he’s bought prem for his account earlier that day.

As I explained to angry in Wurm yesterday. There’s a reason why it’s very difficult to break this obsession. Angry just doesn’t understand what MAKES me obsessed.
That’s simple really….
First thing. The fact dragons can fly. Flying is something humans have wanted even before the airplane was invented. But, why get into a metal coffin called a jet to go somewhere, when you can just sprout your own wings and take off like a dragon? It makes me… wish I was born as one. Just to say that they do exist and are out there, watching us.

The 2nd, their ability to breath fire and cast spells. This has always been something people in the past have feared about dragons. How a dragon can transform into human form and walk amongst us, learning our ways. But when it comes to have the power to play with fire. Who wouldn’t want that? Fire is powerful, dangerous, unstoppable, and unpredictable. Much like a dragon. Except fire can be ‘slain’ by it’s enemy; water. But water can also be defeated by boiling it with fire and turning it into clouds, where it comes down as rain.
This is something the people of China believe of when they say the dragon causes rain with his firebreath. Anytime I see fire, I think “dragon”.

Another reason I’m obsessed, is the fact dragons attack much like human Mages did in the past. In WoW, you can play with fire as a Mage. If you don’t know what a Mage is, they’re casters. And in the upper levels of a Mage’s power, is “Dragon Breath”, where you see the head of a dragon take over the Mage’s head, breathing fire at his or her enemies.
This just makes me wanna be a dragon, fly around and attack my enemies. This unfortunately is the hardest single thing that would need to be broken.

Well. Those are the reasons why I like dragons. And now, the reasons why I can’t break this obsession…
You see, this obsession wasn’t even classified as one ’till later on. It was pretty much spawned from WoW, and grew from listening to DragonForce and playing Wurm. But why it got so bad and can’t be contained, I will tell you.
When it came to my past obsessions, they where always based from one single refrence, such as a cartoon or something I play on my computer. This way, my obsessions where pretty much under control, and where healthy to say the least.
But…when it comes to dragons, this obsession wasn’t started from a single refrence, but from several. Soon it went past my control and took over my life.

There’s 3 things I thought of that I tried doing. One is willpower. Stop thinking about it and starve the obsession… I failed. The 2nd is to try to get re-obsessed from one of my previous obsessions. It just gets infected. And the 3rd, to just go after one of the many references and slay it by stop thinking about it. But all of them want attention like a pack of dogs.

I say the only GOOD thing about this obsession, is the lack of desire to buy/watch/draw everything and anything dragon’ish. What I mean by watching would be cartoons, such as “The Blue Dragon” on Cartoon Network, and other dragon-themed cartoons. Mainly because I dislike amine.

So, there it is in a nutshell. My obsession, and my attempts to stop it.

With orders from angry, I set sail from Small Bears to Elysium to check on it’s status. He also told me to slap another marker down. So I had to make some nails and planks. So I turned on my forge and waited for the lumps to heat up.
As I waited, my neighbor, Anosora, logs in and tells me he’s busy with the house and his palisade fence behind the house.
I go up to him and ask him about the road removal project I have in mind and ask if it’s ok with him. He said to go ahead. After that I finished the nails, and headed to NT. Once I got there I renewed my prem to September 9th. Once I got the silver five coin I noticed it had [Visit Small Bears] written on it. How … quintessential, since I’m going that way. I then used that money to buy another size 5 HS deed.
Soon I finally get to Small Bears, board my sailboat, and sail to Infinity.

I got there by nightfall unfortunately. Once I arrived, the first things I saw, where that nothing really has changed. All the buildings, except the West Gatehouse, where still intact. And also, the two carts next to the shore, where both named ‘[DH]’. Later on I found out angry did this when we went here.

But I needed to do something. Such as survey the area for needed things such as a mine, clay, and tar. If we’re going to live here, we need to have the required things.
There was nothing but an unfinished coffin in the West Gatehouse. I then went around this fence, up this road going south. Passing a guard tower I discovered Elysium’s only mine. Went in. It was dark, but HUGE. Bigger than my old mine where my old HS was. Despite it’s size, I only found a single iron vein.

As I waited for Sol to rise, I saw that road going Northwest. I also saw 31 shafts lying around here and there. Knowing I could use them for my fences back home, I took them and put them in my boat. Once Sol rised enough I hopped back in my boat and headed to the little landbridge northwest of Elysium. What I found was… looked like a new world. But I’ll try my best to explain it.
As I went North on this road, to the West of me was a half walled off area with stone walls that looked like what was once a homestead or something. Maybe a farm. Still going forward makes the road go West… and there it was. A picture fit as a desktop background. Following this road leads you to clay. There’s also a rat spawn here. Easy fightskill. 🙂
I made my way back to Elysium, then I saw a road to the right going West. Followed it and an Adol scorp pops up behind me and gives chase, only to be pwned by the tower guards up the hill to the north. This road leads to a cave to the south.
Going in, it was half the size of Elysium’s cave, but has two iron veins. I’m not sure if this was even part of Elysium or not.

After this, I decided not to plop down the marker and just go home to report to angry with my findings. And I did.

Later on that day, angry for the first time got prem, and continued on with my.. anti-obsession thing. Creating ‘Bennie’ which he will get his skills to 30, and then turn him over to me. Then I will pretty much ‘slay the dragon’ and keep Bennie.

After explaining to angry of alittle more insight of how this obsession got started, and why it’s been so difficult to break, I had to go to bed. He told me to expect a surprise when I get up tomorrow…. hmm. Usually, angry’s ‘surprises’ are things that I don’t like. No offense to him though. I know he means well.
