So I was moving stuff around on my Ceder Chest (where I keep my PS4, TV, and my DirecTV receiver), and went to turn on my PS4 to see if it was still OK (I’ve been hearing things shaking inside of the box, and I accidentally knocked it over when moving my TV).
When I did and did a systems check (everything’s still OK, by the way), I noticed something odd in the program list of my PS4. Apparently.. I can download and play Destiny for free. Yet I don’t ever remember telling my PS4 to go get it.
Perhaps Sony has heard I do video reviews and wants me to review this game, or (which is the more logical option), PS+ users get to try out this game for free.
It looks like I got another review to do. But as I just said in my last post, no video review. Sorry. It’ll be just like it was before I even started doing videos (using my fingers instead of my voice).
Well, I’ll check this game out after reviewing the final free game this month.
Sorry for the short post, but there’s really not much to say, and it shocked the hell out of me.
.
EDIT: Wow. What a joke. This is no treat… this is a “YOU WANT THIS!! BUY IT NOW!!!” trick. When I was preparing to download it, instead of a download option.. it had “Buy Now: $59.99”.
That’s…. that’s…. this is the same shit Steam does occasionally, but worse. Sure, they (Sony) offer a free DEMO, but at least Steam allows you to try out the game for free for the weekend.
Thankfully, it had a way to delete the thing from my program list. How in the fuck it got there in the first place is beyond me. Fuck Sony sometimes…
