More updates for Space Engineers (and a few surprises)

There’s three updates with this one. Two of them are situated on building ships, and the other is a minor gripe of mine when it came to Large Ships. There’s a video explaining all the features and how they work. So let’s get down to them.
Seriously though, devs… make a freakin’ waypoint system already. I’m getting tired being lost.

The first one, Symmetry mode. The fact I don’t build ships, isn’t really useful for me. But anyway, you can now build quicker.

Second one, we now have an Inventory and a system similar to Minecraft’s pickblock feature. Also, it looks like Weapons systems might be coming soon. Which is a sure sign that Multiplayer is also coming.

And the third, which was a promised feature they had for Space Engineers’ release but apparently it got delayed, you can switch off Internal Dampeners. What Internal Dampeners do is to help slow down a ship or even yourself so you’ll stop quicker (think of it as an Air Brake in Space). With it off, you’ll keep your current speed (as there’s no friction in Space) until you turn it back on.
Basically, no more holding down the forward key. You’ll finally be able to walk around a large ship while it is moving!, which is what was promised.

Playing with the updates, I’ve discovered two more that the devs sneaked in. Not sure if they’re “bugs” or intended.

One, you seem to be able to move a lot faster when using a jetpack. Again, not sure if this was intended or is a “bug”, but I can move faster than a large ship at full speed. I can go up to 104.4 m/s. And this is with and without Internal Dampeners.

And two, if you switch off a Gravity Generator, your Jetpack auto turns on as it seems to detect no gravity. This is quite neat, and I’m pretty sure (and hoping) that this is no bug.
