As I have stated, over and over again, sittable chairs have always killed my plans, and my enjoyment of this game.
I’ve thought about going back to WoW… but, why??
And finally, I knew what I must do. My motto is; “Go after the source of the anger”. So I did, via the Wurm Forum. I pretty much BEGGED the devs to give us sittable chairs, and how we as a whole don’t want to wait ’till Gold 3 for this to get implemented.
After creating it, I was going to bed. I wondered what the results would be from my thread in the morning. Would the devs say “it would still be too hard to put it in”? Or, would I get every reply saying “we don’t WANT sittable chairs”.
The next day(today), I checked the thread, and it was worse than I thought. With most of them saying my request was ‘pointless eye candy’. I wish I could reach in, strangle their necks and say “FUCK YOU!!! YOU DON’T FUCKING GET IT!!! FUCK YOUR GOD DAMN GAMEPLAY BALANCING!! I WANT SITTABLE CHAIRS!”
I don’t think I have ever been so angry over a game in my life. Over something so ‘pointless’ as sittable chairs. But god dammit! If I’m going to play a game, I demand it to be FUN!
But apparently most people see ‘fun’ as challenging, killing shit…
What’s worse? I seem to be the only one, after all of these years since chairs where implemented in this game, that wants them sittable. Or the others that have wanted them have given up hope or quit.
But I say those who quit, wasn’t because of un-sittable chairs.
