Dishonored: Death of the Outsider, my thoughts

Just completed the game, with a huge thank you to YouTuber ‘TheSeraphim17’ and his very helpful (no kills/no spots) walkthrough series. He’s also the same one that helped me through Dishonored 2.
This game causes the console fan to run quite hard, so making my room’s temp a balance of keeping the fan noise at a tolerable level while also making sure the room doesn’t get too cold, has been quite the challenge.

So where to start about my thoughts with this ‘DLC’. Hmm.. I guess with Pros and Cons?
Pros..
-Billy Lurk feels alive (and quite likable) with her dialog, and even starts to feel remorseful for the Outsider (non-lethal path only).
-This is a pro-ish thing, but like Dishonored 2(which doesn’t factor in what the player did in the last game), this game’s dialog with Billie and Daud, never mentions Emily or Corvo. The only mention is in Billie’s notes of being surprised Emily didn’t kill her for the death of her mother (and dropping her off), but no mention of Corvo anywhere. Perhaps, they assumed most people were playing as Emily instead of Corvo.
-Some of the levels are pretty cool. Good level design.
-Even with the walkthrough, there are parts in the game where you might have to come up with your own strategy to get around an area (if the AI refuse to do what was in his recording, and he even warns when these points happen).

Cons..
-“I’m just going to sit here for a good infinity and not bother moving.” -Some of the AI in the game
-The first mission could had been done in a better way. That’s all I can say without spoilers.
-The ‘Rat Whisperer’ ability of Billie, doesn’t seem all that helpful as the game claims. There was never a time in the walkthrough where the guy said “talk to these rats to unlock an easier way to get here”. It’s all optional.
(there’s a few more I want to add on this list, but it’s too spoiler’riffic to say. Nothing that gets on my nerves, though)

At the end, I feel cheated for not getting that typical ‘Clean Hands’ achievement/trophy(for not killing anyone in your entire playthrough). Yet going over the trophy list(WARNING: Main Mission Spoilers), the closest thing is ‘Agent of Mercy’, to complete a single mission without killing anyone.
Wow.. a whole mission. Probably not the first to say WTF, Bethesda?! I want my Clean Hands, FFS! I fucking EARNED it!! D:{

Because of the AI issues, and also how it was only five missions long, I feel the $30 pricetag isn’t worth it. Though if it was $20-25, I might consider. The game just felt rushed, yet I also feel this game pretty much (what I feel) closes the Dishonored series as a whole (as the Outsider is eventually dealt with at the end by the player).
However, you might feel the $30 is justified. But before you do, consider renting like I did. That way you won’t feel you’re stuck.
