Lead Systems Designer Greg “Ghostcrawler†Street, explains in a lengthy, educated blog post (longer than all of mine in here) labeled ‘Rate of Change’, about the frustrations players like myself face, and why they nerf and buff and patch. They want to make you think that fate, not Blizzard, is the enemy when you die due to a bug or whatever.
He claims that they listen to complaints of players, why people leave WoW and for what reason and use that to improve, and the concerns of players being overpowered in PvP and Arenas. Blizzard seems to actually care about their players instead of the money they give them.
This to me sheds some insight in maybe, Blizzard aren’t the enemies everytime a hostile pops up when I’m trying to mine a node or whatever. Or the annoying “Target not in line of sight”, when you can clearly see the target (but your char cannot).
