I’ve been listening to almost every DragonForce song they’ve made on their four CD’s, including the newest one they released. To make my lyrics page I was talking about on my dragon blog.
Like I said it will privately be hosted by the dragon blog via a link — instead of the main site.
So far I have finished lyrics from 2 of their 4 CD’s; Valley of the Damned, and Sonic Firestorm. Starting to work on Inhuman Rampage.
Anyway, as you may’ve know, Far Cry 2 can now be pre-ordered for $49.99. And as a special bonus, if you do it before tomorrow, you’ll get Far Cry to play now, for FREE. Yes…FREE! Though this sucks for our european allies, as it’s only available in the USA.
Now I’ve never played Far Cry, but but I’ve heard it’s similar to Crysis. And Far Cry 2 will make the Pyro from TF2 proud, by having the most realistic fire ever in a video game.

Anyway, I thought about it. Thought of getting it. Thought about not getting it..and finally Labor Day rolls around, September 1st, and I thought “it’s now or never” after mother told me we’re going to the grocery store. So I made out my deposit ticket, grabbed my ATM card and $50 to buy it, then hopped in the car and went with them to the bank.
Got there and went in. Started filling out my deposit envelope and found out the ATM was out of service. Instead of thinking smart and taking the deposit envelope, I put it in the trash and left. It didn’t have my account number, but it did have my name.
Soon we’re driving almost everywhere, going from bank to bank, seeing if their ATM’s are working. They are, but no envelopes! :O
So we go to the store. I’m thinking “Why.. WHY did I wait so long?!”. But I also caught myself drumming my fingers to DragonForce music on the cart, several times.
Anyway, we bring the groceries home. Father said he’ll take me back to the bank where it has envelopes, then get me to an ATM that works. We do that. I get there and I find the envelope with my name still there..phew. Grab it, get my account on it, get the money in it as father’s driving at the ATM.
Then I finally get the money in the bank, come home and began typing this. And after all of that hell, the money’s in the bank! And I was able to get Far Cry 2(pre-order) and Far Cry afterall.
What a day it was. I wonder what other surprises await me. 😛
