Been busy here and there trying to make and add stuff to my 2nd boat, the future “SS Benie”. I got the tar, oars, and stern all added. Now all I need are the hull planks, tenons, and pegs.
During all of this, I forgotten a special day in angry’s life yesterday due to Wurm; his birthday.
It really urks the hell out of me that I forgot his birthday. I was going to buy him a copy of Prey. But I guess I can do it when Christmas rolls around again.
As for Wurm, I went back to Halcyon again to see if it was disbanded. On the way there, I noticed 1 of the houses of White Dragon Castle that’s near the road that goes to Rockcliff, is gone.
This proves they disbanded. Alas, Halcyon didn’t (yet that is).
I did notice something missing… my boat! It was gone from the pier. And once again, I searched the lake, only to find it and the fishing boat I saw, docked near Bandana’s homestead.
Someone must’ve used my boat and that person’s fishing boat. But whom?
I put my boat back on the pier, and messed with it’s permissions to make sure I’m the only one that can drive it. Hopefully that will prevent future theft.
Back at SoTR, like I said I’ve been getting parts for the 2nd boat. Angry was talking to me in Steam as he was playing Gmod.
I found out from him, that when him and another went to see what my old land looked like, the gate that lead to the house was locked. Now, it’s not. So he has reason to believe Ruffle was there after they explored it.
Why did she unlock the gate though? Was it to piss us off? Or to let us know she’s leaving? Or did she know I would come back, and to see if I really wanted my land back, to wait until the deed disbands.
The 3rd thing is more likely whats happening. It’s a test to see how much I really want it back, and to be happy with the way it is now. In a way I will be, once I get my hands on the info on how to make a dredger and start digging away at the dirt that used to be my island and put it back into the lake’s deeper parts, or back on that hill.
I fear though I may need to be a prem with a high body skill to use it.
There’s 1 thing I have been forgetting. Say I do get my land back. How am I going to keep my Food bar up? Back then, I had Vixey and that one that I can buy meals from in NT. This time, I may be shit out of luck and have to cook for myself.
But with it being a village instead of a homestead this time, maybe..just maybe I could get a cook to join us.
