Two Impalongs back to back next month, and I’m prepping

Some Wurm news, a third Impalong has popped into existence (a week ago), called the ‘LunaLong’, in a deed called ‘Kappa’. This will be the first time the host has done an impalong, but has prepared for it a year in advance.
And this one is… interesting, for three reasons.
1. The NEXALong and this, are being held on the same server (Xanadu). Where the NEXALong is in NE Xan, this one is in SSW Xan.
2. One of the mats the impalong still needs, I could possibly fulfill (with some effort).
3. The LunaLong begins on the same day the NEXALong ends (the 11th), though as the NEXALong lasts for four days, this one lasts until the 17th (which is nearly a week).

The first and third ones are the most interesting, and gives me a feeling of “I need to deal with this now”; especially the first one. The fact that both impalongs are going to be held on the same server (and have highway system access linking the two), I want the wagon to be involved in this.
Here’s what I’m planning to do (for both). Steps 1 to 4 have to be done now, with Steps 5 to 9 to be done in November;
1. Tell friends in VRChat I won’t be active ingame between November 8th to the 17th, due to a “community event in another game” (as they wouldn’t understand what Wurm is). I doubt they’ll care, but I just want them to know before they start asking “where’s Benie?”, you know.
2. Immediately load up the bison/wagon and ship them over to Xan (where all four are cared for under me), and hitch them up close to a spot I’m planning to park my
boat (which would be very close to the NEXALong site).
3. Map out an efficient road route between the NEXALong and the LunaLong (via wagon). I’ll probably be verifying this (and other routes) several times. I could also use Uma for this step… but, the fact I can only care for up to four animals (right now) with my current AH level, this is my only option.
3a... The fact I won’t have prem, I’ll need to watch my ass and use every guard tower I see, to keep the mobs off me.
4. Once I feel I have a fast route mapped out, I’ll leave the bison/wagon at Xan (reason above), and then go back to my deed in Cele, log out and wait ’till November 4th.
5. I’ll need to get prem going before November 5th, as I’ll need to throw more silver into deed upkeep. Once that’s done, I’ll log off and wait ’till the night of the 7th.
6. Once that night comes, B2 and I will leave the deed with imping tools heading towards the NEXALong. No lamps this time, as I can imp them myself.
7. We’ll park near where I put the wagon, and use it wherever I need to (to get me around, such as when the staff show up to “Enki it up”).
8. On the 11th (the day the NEXALong ends), I’ll finish what I’m doing, then B2 and I will leave the boat there and use the efficient route I’ve mapped out to get to the LunaLong.
9. Once it’s over, we’ll head back to the boat, and head home (leaving the wagon again).

I love simple plans, for my simple brain. They are the simplest of plans. Look at how simple they are. Honest. #MSPGA(Make Simple Plans Great Again)

Now the second thing, that I could possibly fulfill one of the mats still needed for the impalong. The host needs 3k Peat, which is the exact equivalent of 10 full large crates.
I’ve thought about it for awhile. It’s definitely doable, but honestly I wouldn’t have the patience to do it, and I would assume someone (or a group) is already fulfilling that request.
I would have to make ten brand new large crates (because of decay and how this is a donation), then shovel (with B2), a fuckton of peat from the two deposits to the south of me, get them all in the crates, and ship them (with the bison/wagon) to the host.
That is going to be a lot more effort than I feel like doing. I want to help, but I also want it to feel like it’s worth it. Plus, I’ll need prem time (and I don’t know if I can afford it this month).
There are others out there, who are better equipped (mentally/have an efficient deed) at handling a job like this, than I am.
