Having to re-read this log of me and angry’s latest fight just to explain it on a Blog, is quite painful, but here goes…
The fight started when I told angry I needed to get some water for the fountain or Beel will be pissed. And he didn’t care if he would be, but I did. So I went into the house, grabbed the barrels, tried to find my cart, only for it to be “missing” when it was just renamed. I asked him where is was and he wouldn’t tell me.
He continued to play mind games with me but I had a mission to do. I knew where there was a spare cart so I went for it.
As soon as I left, heading west towards Bearback Lake, he questioned where did the barrels go. As pissed as I was for him taking my cart, I told him that I ate them or anything else I could think of so I can just get down there and get water.
Then it started to get ugly when he PMs me and continues to ask, thinking I gave them to Beel. I said yes just to see him jump, but he didn’t like this joke so I told him the truth that I had them and I’m going down to the lake…. and, he exploded in anger. Anger never before seen.
The fighting pretty much stopped for awhile.
Meanwhile, after getting the barrels filled, I went back up the road, looked over at White Dragon Castle and saw 1 of the walls on the outside of the place was missing. Went up and left my cart in a safe spot, and went up the hill, only for angry to PM me again, saying that the heat made him pissed and how I shouldn’t mess with him.
Anyway, I saw the inside of White Dragon Castle…sorta. More like from a hill behind it. There isn’t much. Just a few decaying places, some trees, two pigs. No white dragon hatchling like I thought that would be in it. There’s a small decaying house called the “Sleeping Dragon Inn”.
Soon, grabbing my cart and getting back to SoTR, the fight got more ugly by the minute.
Especially a few lines of chat that are quite painful to post, but I’ll do it anyway;
“AND I CAME SO FUCKING CLOSE TO REMOVING YOU AS A FRIEND ON STEAM… SOOOOOO CLOSE!”
and… “I haven’t felt anger that strong” about a person that de-admined him.
The first one is still burned in the back of my head. When I first saw it, it didn’t really hit me until I got back to SoTR and my emotions took over.
This is “Strike 2” of nearly losing something due to the pure anger inside of him. Strike 3? … Lets hope it never gets here. This heat just, fuels his anger to the breaking point. And he pretty much snapped in this fight. What would happen in our last (and possibly final) fight? I don’t wanna find out.
I actually told him that maybe we shouldn’t see eachother for awhile. But he declined. He uses his music to control his anger. And as the old saying goes; “music soothes the savage beast”. In angry’s case, the “savage beast” is his anger.
Moving on to the ‘non-painful to type’ part… earlier that day I wanted to go on my boat and finally get to the Sunken Mausoleum. After I got back from dinner, angry wanted to make sure I was going to have this fun, by taking him and Goppend to see it. He kept this hush hush all the way to Small Bears, and still wouldn’t tell me what was going on until I asked. But to me, it felt like I was being forced to have fun and refused to go, where angry and Gop went by themselves.
Back in SoTR, I soon found out by angry that he was just trying to make up what he was trying to say, and there was no forcing about it. Soon he convinced me to run down to what is left of Deathgate Falls and meet them there, and I did as a passenger as angry drove my boat.
The ride there, was not fun. Several times I had to relog due to the boat stopping and my chat freezing up. Or, leaving the boat and finding myself several fucking tiles infront of it.
But, we finally made it!
Finally. Something I’ve been waiting months to see! A…. stone house…ON A HILL?!?! WTF!!!
There is NOTHING “sunken” about it! After this insulting thing, we made our way to New Southport, which made up for that excuse of a PoI. The way there did though.
However, the locals there didn’t really like me. When I went over to where angry was going to dock the boat, one of them shouted in Local, like I just stole something. I knew we had to get out of there before they start searching us.
Anyway, soon it was time to go, and we boarded the boat. But we wheren’t heading back home. Angry wanted to go AROUND the entire Home server. To prove the server is nothing but a huge island.
Later on, Gop had to go so me and angry continued on his quest. After several more lag issues, I found out angry’s plan is to go to Ank. But this plan backfired on him when my own boat decided not to let him captain anymore. I had to captain my boat to Ank, where angry started to get the issues I was with lag.
Meanwhile, out in the middle of nowhere, in the night. Angry wondered if we would ever get there, then made a promise to never get on another boat for the rest of his life. But we finally made it to Ank, alive and well, thanks to my navigational skills.
But angry was a landlubber and headed back home by foot. After checking out a larger Ank, I headed Southeast across the bay to where that old Homestead was, to see if it still exists. And it didn’t.
As I was checking around, I saw a large anvil laying next to a forge. With no one around to stop me(we needed a large anvil), I took it and ran back to my boat and placed it in the cargo hold, and slowly made my way back to Small Bears, only to have to stop short in a bay near Mystery Glade to head to bed.
Angry will be taking over for me of taking the boat back to Small Bears. Only reason is to get that anvil so he can make another lantern. He said he lost his other one. Somehow.
Heading back to Small Bears in my opinion was more fun than going to Ank. I rather not say why though. 🙂
