Yesterday’s “voyage” was a bust. I got to see 3 of the 4 stops I had planned, only to be told to head back by angry.
The boat was another reason it wasn’t fun. Crappy Speed+Lag=UGH
What’s worse? I found out you can’t even BUILD anything higher than a rowboat without going prem. I guess due to the sails. Having prem gives you knowledge on how to use and work with them.
Me and angry went south so he could see that farm area I saw on my 3rd stop. And it’s just like I told him. Well-maintained, and deedless. It couldn’t be deeded anyway though.
We went home and met up with Beel, Goppend, and Caol. Caol’s a former resident of SoTR that was helping Beel with his latest project.
Lets say going back home was a mistake as I told them about my land, how I’m never going to get it back because Ruffle’s an alt of a goon, blah blah blah… it was not enjoyable
After a raging bear encounter that nearly killed angry, he left to go do a few things as I helped watch the forge in our house. During this I began to think of an option where I could still have a place to live, just without a deed.
There’s a cosy, little house near Roadside, that’s undeeded. Looks like a farm. Why can’t I just live like that?
I’ll tell you why. There’s a few reasons;
1. Who’s going to keep decay low? ~Probley me.
2. Who’s going to be our cook? ~Angry. If Goppend helps him with ingredients.
3. What’s going to keep the hostiles away from us? ~ A fence.
We did this when it came to our camp where me, angry, and MattyK used to live in. But this time.. me, angry, and goppend will be living in 1 place. Trouble is, I don’t have a plan in my head this time of what the place will look like, or where we could go.
I decided to go to bed early due to staying up nearly to 4am yesterday, trying to imp that piece of shit called a boat to 30 QL, after Beel telling me that the QL affects the speed.
