Secondary path redone / Dual-client quirks are FUN… :P

I finally got the secondary path redone from me trying to dig to make a secondary mine entrance. Now that my mine’s entrance has been fixed, I’m no longer in need to make a secondary mine.
But now I have a quicker way to get up to my settlement, which is all I really wanted.

Also started working with iron fence gates. The wiki lies when it says you need ten bricks + one to lay down the foundation. You actually only need ten. Also, making iron bars is doable, but a bitch. It takes away 6.00 kg every chance to make (or fail) the iron fence bars. So much I had to get more iron ore, which I haven’t done in awhile.

After finally getting the awesome-looking gates up, I told my alt to grab the two deed gate keys and the lock I made with Volcano Forest’s crappy ore (which is OK because I can make better ones right here), get on his rowboat and row far away, and dump them at the bottom of the ocean.

.
After finishing the locks and attaching them to the gates, was the time my alt entered my local again, and made the turn toward what I like to call the ‘small boat parking pier’. I lean over the railing of my settlement watching him pull in, and notice he’s on the other side of the ‘big boat parking pier’ and ran down, wanting to see if my eyes weren’t playing tricks on me.

When I got down to the clay, his boat was IN the clay.

This is what me and my alt actually saw;
My POV. Alt has his boat parked IN the clay;

My alt’s POV. Alt has his boat parked in the middle of the pier. You can see me on the right side of the screen;

Seriously, I didn’t know if I should laugh or say “UGH” for the client not showing client positions right in dual-client situations. But I did eventually laugh when my alt was driving his rowboat around the pier, which to me was him driving his rowboat through the clay.

Only way to ‘fix’ this is if I log out completely and log back in in for the client to reset. I should be happy I can still dual-client in Wurm. Can’t in WoW anymore.
