I guess I forgot to list what has really been bugging me since the patch. There’s actually several things, and they all seem to conjoin together into one big mess instead of things I could just deal with.
1. Studdering when moving/pulling put my weapon/combat.
2. Cannot interrupt humanoid mobs as much as I could when they do their “I’m going to throw my shit at you like a monkey!” attack. There seems (as I said before) to be an invisible RNG.
3. V1 mobs seem to take longer to kill. I am hearing from the forum that crafted gear is weaker.
4. Longer loading times when getting into the game. Nothing all too major, though.
Though it feels, just like WoD, that the players are the beta testers. This doesn’t fare well with me liking the game. What I’ve seen in the forum is worse than what’s bugging me. Mainly people complaining about how their Stamina tank builds have been nerfed badly, why there was hardly any PvE content in a PvP DLC, and even reports of 10-15 minute load times when fast traveling(or even zoning through areas).
The first thing I mentioned, doesn’t fare well with how much I love using a bow (especially my DK). With Stamina being nerfed, it’s pointless to use a bow now. It’s also pointless to use a shield (which affects a lot of tanks).
It feels like another “Let’s totally not separate PvP from PvE when it comes to stats and nerf everything!” thing.
On top of it, the devs seem to downplay the graphic-based issues, doing the usual “blame addons/outdated drivers” tactic and doing nothing about the problems.
I really don’t want to leave this game, but it really feels like I should. Players (from my perspective) are comparing the devs to Blizzard (for their incompetence). Maybe I just need some time off from the game. Though I was also hoping that maybe a simple upgrade to the two gear sets that my Sorcerer is wearing, would help with his DPS.
Dunno what I’m going to do.
