Well they arrived today.. and I&#8217;m not liking what I&#8217;m looking at. Notice the blue tips. This is important.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/benies-blogs.com\/images\/iFixIt_Order.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"428\" height=\"570\" \/><br \/>\nThe bag here, shows this is a 2.0 Vive tracker dongle. So&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/benies-blogs.com\/images\/These_Are_NOT_For_2.0.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"428\" height=\"570\" \/><br \/>\nWhy, iFixit, is this not blue? Even.. even on your page here..<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/benies-blogs.com\/images\/firefox_2022-07-20_14-28-54.png\" \/><br \/>\nSee? Blue tip. &#8230;WHY ARE THESE BLACK THEN?!?! Because they&#8217;re not 2.0 compatible. They&#8217;re 3.0 compatible!! I can&#8217;t use these! ..They LIED to me.<br \/>\nBut I might not be scammed out of $118. Seems that Vive is a lot more forgiving then I give them credit for. I&#8217;m reading that &#8216;yes&#8217;, you <em><strong>can<\/strong><\/em> use 2.0 and 3.0 Vive tracker dongles and it&#8217;ll work. So, huh.<br \/>\nEven if I was to say &#8220;I wanna get some knee or elbow trackers&#8221;&#8230; will they even work together? Seems the answer is &#8220;yes&#8221; for this as well.<br \/>\nIt&#8217;s still a bit scummy they have &#8216;<strong>Tracker Dongle <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">2.0<\/span><\/strong>&#8216; written on the bag, when it&#8217;s<br \/>\na 3.0 dongle. Why even do that? Why didn&#8217;t they just contact m&#8230;mmm&#8211; because I never created an account for them to do so, and that&#8217;s not their fault.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m going to try to get some answers about this. Said they &#8220;lied to me&#8221;. Doesn&#8217;t matter if it&#8217;ll still work. Doesn&#8217;t matter if both dongle versions are the same price.. they still used misleading packaging. I paid for two 2.0 dongles.. not 3.0. I was <em><strong>not<\/strong><\/em> looking for 3.0.
