I got a question, so listen up. Raise your paw if you&#8217;re struggling to learn Avatars 3.0. &#8230;Hmm, I see. A lot of you. You&#8217;re used to 2.0 for years aren&#8217;t you? ..Yeah! Yeah, I hear it. I hear the booing, the bitching. But settle down now. Because my boyfriend found something, to simplify your lives!! Something that takes all of that bullshit of making Expressions, being forced to learn basic coding to understand words like &#8220;Int&#8221;, &#8220;Bool&#8221; and &#8220;Float&#8221; yeah who the FUCK NEEDS THAT IN THEIR<br \/>\nLIFE, AM I RIGHT?!<br \/>\nSo what is it you ask. *rubs program* Under this cloth, is the answer to your issues. Because god damn this baby has so much fucking simplicity in it! So what in the fuck IS IT?!<br \/>\n*pulls cloth* <a href=\"https:\/\/shatteredfur.gumroad.com\/l\/vrctoggle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">VRChat Toggle Assistant<\/a>! For the low low price of NOTHING! Yes, it is free to use! Folks.., this baby, will create your any (and I do mean any) toggle animation (and even being able to switch the colors of your avatar).<br \/>\nWanna know how this thing saves time and frustration? Look at the top of the page (where the picture is) and look for the six circles. Four of these six have a tutorial video for any kind of toggable animation application. Just add the desired info and add the<br \/>\nanimation, and this will automatically set everything. It will set the Expression, it will set the animation files, and it will set everything needed in the dreaded Animator tab!<br \/>\nSo what do you SAY?! Can I get a WOOP-WOOP of not having to learn what&#8217;s the difference between a fucking &#8216;Bool&#8217; and a &#8216;Float&#8217;?! &#8230;HELL YEAH!! That&#8217;s right! That&#8217;s right!! The devs can shove their &#8216;Bools&#8217; and &#8216;Floats&#8217; up their asses!!<br \/>\nBut uh&#8230;, don&#8217;t. actually tell that to them, guys. Violence is never the answer, even though 2.0 all the way.. yes. yes yes. But let&#8217;s be civilized adults here. Let&#8217;s chill down. But anyway anyway, thank the creator for simplifying the process for people like myself and people like yourselves, and my boyfriend for linking this mod to me.<br \/>\nYou all have a good night, and thanks for coming to my Ted talk! Peace!! *dabs in 2022 and drops mic*<\/p>\n<p>So yeah, I&#8217;m not going crazy from what Blender and I went through trying to get that damn wing spread animation to play nice with 3.0&#8217;s BS. But today I took time off of Unity to get back and making blogs. You likely saw blogs suddenly popping up that were set to specific days. That was me trying to explain what happened on those said days, but I couldn&#8217;t focus on both the blog posts and Unity at the same time.<br \/>\nWith them all done (plus having to help my mother out with food wants and paying<br \/>\nthose pesky bills), I finally found the video segment of Lolathon putting a condom on him. It&#8217;s not the full thing, but I showed it to Blender.<br \/>\nAnd he showed me something that really, really interested me; that mod. Before he went to bed (and I forgot to mention this in my last blog post), he said he &#8220;found something to make this simpler&#8221; but forgot where he found it. After him explaining you don&#8217;t have to pay a penny, I grabbed it and installed the .unitypackage. It&#8217;s a single .dll, but it packs a punch.<br \/>\nTried to play around with it, noticing you do a &#8216;Toggle Creator&#8217; or an &#8216;Advanced Toggle Creator&#8217;. You can also remove an existing Toggle, which will remove everything (even if it wasn&#8217;t made by the mod).<br \/>\nGoing by what I was seeing, I wanted to recreate the expressions Blender made using this mod. Blender was confused of a request to know how to &#8216;temporarily break&#8217; what he did in order to recreate it, and suggested I try to fix what he couldn&#8217;t get working (the hue shift of the pokadots). It took a lot of trial and error until I finally found where I was supposed to be (going by the 6th video of creating a BlendTree(whatever the fuck that is)).<br \/>\nHowever a good way to understand, is this is the basics of &#8216;0&#8217; and &#8216;1&#8217;; &#8216;0&#8217; being an &#8216;off&#8217; state<br \/>\nand &#8216;1&#8217; being an &#8216;on&#8217; state. Surely most people understand basic computing. And if you don&#8217;t that&#8217;s fine, but understand it&#8217;s one of the easiest things to learn. If you ever opened up a .config file for a video game, you&#8217;ll see this state almost everywhere.<br \/>\nAnyway, what&#8217;s <em><strong>really<\/strong><\/em> cool is it will create the animations for you. This thing, gives<br \/>\nme VRCInventory vibes of setting up dancing avatars back in 2.0. Though this is assuming of what you want to do involves a BlendShape (such as visemes and swapping textures). However, you can use your own animations to set an &#8216;on&#8217; and &#8216;off&#8217; toggle.<br \/>\nAnd also, you can create Submenus using this window. I told you this thing is packed with goodies.<br \/>\n&#8211;<br \/>\nNow note, sadly, this still uses the same limit of setting up Expressions. Yes, Expressions has a limit. A memory limit. Why it was placed, I don&#8217;t know. But there is no way to circumvent it. It&#8217;s similar in the early days of VRChat, where there was that poly limit<br \/>\nof 20,000. Could this limit be increased or lifted in the future? Or was this set as some sort of hardware limiter to keep the avatar from imploding? Who knows at this<br \/>\ntime.<br \/>\nI do hope a future update to this mod, shows how close you are <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">to<\/span> said limit, and gives suggestions on removing a few expressions to cut the limit down. This would be nice to know, as I actually did hit this limit. Though it will still do its best to create what 3.0 needs to make the desired expression work.<br \/>\nI&#8217;d also like a sub section to remove submenus. You still have to do this, sadly. And if you want to move an expression out of one submenu and into another, you&#8217;ll also have to do this manually.<\/p>\n<p>I however, was able to fix what Blender could not thanks to this mod. And I got everything he created into a new &#8216;BTDrexouium&#8217; submenu.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/benies-blogs.com\/images\/VRChat_2022-01-23_22-51-48.png\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/benies-blogs.com\/images\/VRChat_2022-01-23_23-50-24.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p>.<br \/>\nI&#8217;ve been really thinking of trying to import BTD 3.5 into Unity 2019, and use this mod to redo his hand gestures (have the wing extend as an expression instead of a gesture, and utilize having more than 6 possible gestures). Aka having a &#8216;double eyes closed&#8217; with both hands doing the same gesture, or just have one eye open and one closed.<br \/>\nI&#8217;m cautiously curious how I could redo BTD 3.5 in Avatars 3.0. Might have fun<br \/>\nwith it, then again I might regret ever thinking this was a good idea.
