Just like last year, I&#8217;m surprised to still be alive. Surprised my body has tolerated my actions for this long. 45 years I&#8217;ve been on this rock floating in space.<br \/>\nAnd that&#8217;s why I celebrate, for still being alive.<br \/>\n..And what a year it&#8217;s been (so far), without my father being here. But when I eat my cake, I will eat it as if he&#8217;s eating it too. Yesterday when I was buying my cake.. I felt sadness remembering he usually buys a cake too to not feel left out. Heh.<br \/>\nI still remember the arguments they had over him wanting a cake. Puts a smile on my face to the point it puts tears of joy in my eyes.<br \/>\nFather: *trying to take and eat my cake*<br \/>\nMother: ..That&#8217;s Ben&#8217;s birthday cake!<br \/>\nFather: Where&#8217;s MY cake?! He gets a cake, where&#8217;s my cake?!<br \/>\nMother: But it&#8217;s your son&#8217;s birthday. You don&#8217;t get a cake. You&#8217;ll have to wait for your birthday.<br \/>\nFather: ..Fine, I&#8217;ll buy my own!<br \/>\n\ud83d\ude22 ..I miss him. I don&#8217;t miss the drama he caused in my life (and what I caused him), but things like this, I do. When he wasn&#8217;t in my face and in a jokey mood, I miss those moments.<br \/>\nBut also yesterday, we had an issue with the front door. I let one of the cats out and tried to close the main wood door.. wouldn&#8217;t fully close. Didn&#8217;t make sense at all. Clearly something was stopping the door from fully closing, but we didn&#8217;t know what. My mother highly assumed it was the heat that caused the wood in the door to warp in places and we&#8217;d need a file, but we don&#8217;t have one.<br \/>\nI saw the problem but didn&#8217;t initially have a fix in my head; the new doorknob that was installed by one of our neighbors (the old one that came with the house, gave up on us a few weeks ago). I remembered the person having trouble trying to get the screws into the main locking bolt (the one that actually locks the door to the frame). The bottom part of it was pushed out for some odd reason. I tried to screw it in, to no avail.<br \/>\nIt was an hour later when I finally got an idea&#8211; remembering mother has a small box full of nails and screws. I said &#8220;we need to find a longer screw for the bottom, something that can bite into the wood&#8221;.<br \/>\nThe idea worked beautifully. Found a longer screw and felt it biting into the wood. Screwed it all the way and, problem fixed. Today she told me that she saw my father inside of me that time, having similar ideas of what he&#8217;d have. It just took awhile, but when it happened I got it fixed. I&#8217;m just glad the idea worked. Didn&#8217;t think it fully would as the screw head wasn&#8217;t flat, but fortune smiled upon me. It knew I didn&#8217;t want to be there and was willing to let me apply the fix.<br \/>\n=================================================<br \/>\n<em><strong>The early morning VRChat birthd&#8211; &#8220;IT&#8217;S A SMALL WORLD AFTER ALL!!&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/em>=================================================<br \/>\n&#8230;Fuck you, Inari! \ud83d\ude1b FUCK YOU!! \ud83d\ude04<br \/>\nI honestly don&#8217;t know how this early morning &#8216;birthday party&#8217; even happened. I was world hopping with MIBBIT, trying to hang with friends. Inari was active and joined him. He was with others. MIBBIT and I played pool, and he beat me three times. But at least he didn&#8217;t destroy me. <em>I<\/em> nearly did at 8-ball though, but I messed up on the 8 ball and he clutched the victory. But it&#8217;s OK.<br \/>\nWe watched videos of organ music on a grand scale. Music machines, that play sheet music. One of the people didn&#8217;t like how dark the video is and wanted to go to another world. So we went to Room of The Rain to watch them.<br \/>\nI laid down on my bed, with MIBBIT laying down next to me. We watched these really cool videos. Then MIBBIT was telling everyone it was my birthday. Inari took it as an invitation to torment the living fuck out of me, playing the one song that doesn&#8217;t. fucking. STOP.<br \/>\n&#8220;It&#8217;s a Small World After All!&#8221;, and I&#8217;m all..<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c.tenor.com\/kbQv5cIBq8IAAAAC\/the-office-steve-carell.gif\" \/><br \/>\nInari started singing it to me as the video was playing.. and it was AN HOUR LONG. He wanted to get it stuck in my head as it &#8220;IT&#8217;S A SMALL WORLD AFTER ALL&#8221;&#8230;. <strong>fuck!!<\/strong><br \/>\nSorry, as it was when it was stuck in my head when I was a kid. And he just kept doing<br \/>\nit, over, and over, and ove&#8211; &#8220;IT&#8217;S A WORLD OF WONDER A WORLD OF TEARS!!&#8221;<strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c.tenor.com\/sKo6sI-a6SIAAAAM\/make-it-stop-stop.gif\" \/><br \/>\n<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c.tenor.com\/2OFw3zHlEiIAAAAM\/rip-ahhh.gif\" \/><br \/>\nMIBBIT was all &#8220;we&#8217;ll suffer through this together&#8221;, trying to change the lyrics to represent what we were going through. Hearing him do that brought a smile to my &#8220;IT&#8217;S A WORLD OF HOPES AND A WORLD OF FEARS!&#8221;&#8230; AHHH MAKE IT STOP!!!<br \/>\nPlus on top of it, Inari played this song from LEGO Movie 2&#8230;<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P1nyS1GAklY?start=1\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c.tenor.com\/DacxJ7g3oKYAAAAM\/screaming-internally.gif\" \/><br \/>\nOhh god, what a morning. &#8230;Aaaaaand then Kovo shows up.<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/c.tenor.com\/fEzTKBCjnx8AAAAM\/fozzy-fuck.gif\" \/><br \/>\nIf you didn&#8217;t think this morning would get anymore hilariously awkward, add Kovo to the party. Wishing me happy birthday was the only non-Kovo thing he did. Below are all the Kovo things he did;<br \/>\n-Spanking my ass as it&#8217;s my birthday.<br \/>\n-&#8220;MIBBIT, you look like you&#8217;re fucking him in the ass!&#8221;<br \/>\n-Sending me gay porn on Telegram (when I&#8217;m bi).<br \/>\n-Saying I was being Inari&#8217;s &#8220;bitch&#8221;.<br \/>\n-Telling me to &#8220;wear a condom&#8221;.<br \/>\n-Telling Inari to play a song that I played for Nova a long time ago (he told me to), that she and I didn&#8217;t like as it&#8217;s quite sexual.<br \/>\n-Kept on with the whole &#8220;have fun humping eachother&#8221; and other words like it&#8230; trying to trigger me, that worked well when I wanted to pound him into dust while still laying down on my bed.<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<br \/>\nBut thankfully things got better as it went past 5am. Everyone left, leaving MIBBIT and I with some quiet time. And he gave me his birthday present. And what a present it was. So much that it was 7am. ..Oh god I thought when I saw it was slowly becoming day through the blinds.<br \/>\nWe also understood the current status of this relationship. I wanted him to understand but didn&#8217;t know how to say it (that this isn&#8217;t official), but he said it for me. He&#8217;s using the advice of his social worker. Also talked about Sea of Thieves, and he assured me he won&#8217;t be how Wolfdog acts. That&#8217;s very comforting to know.
