I&#8217;ve been trying to reinstall Gmod today. I got HL2 installed, and HL2:DM, then as I was getting EP1\/2, Steam starts to fuck up. My download speed drops to .. nothing, and stays there, yet my connection still works.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not the only one. Everyone that got this latest update of Offline Mode not working has been affected by this. I&#8217;m sure Valve knows about this and is diligently working to fix it. We may have to re-add all of our friends again.<\/p>\n<p>If you want my opinion, I really don&#8217;t give a shit.
