Another day, another Impalong. Jotting down my ridiculously-long post from yesterday’s post, I missed another Enki attack. Was a bunch of anacondas named “asp”. Was this a reference to Elite: Dangerous? Dunno. Wasn’t there when it happened. \ud83d\ude41
\nA few of my items have been completed. Got my large maul back. It looks good. Also, I won’t need to use it to bash tree stumps anymore. I was told that I can use a shovel to dig\/drop, or pack to get rid of a stump. That’s awesome! Good to know for future projects at least (and I have a few ideas that don’t involve the dragon).<\/p>\n
I did my plan of giving B2 my armor and weapons. Enki never attacked, and I had an annoying North gale in my face. This game hates me. But I made it to FM. I bought 8 horse shoes (all 70QL, as that’s what I saw Renny using for his horses), a file and a dredge(incase I needed a replacement), and I believe that’s about it.
\nMeanwhile, back at the Impalong, the arena was active again. From what I can make out, apparently someone dared Enki that they can take on a plethora of Champ mobs… BIG mistake, whoever you are! \ud83d\ude42 For he didn’t disappoint.<\/p>\n
Came back to the Impalong. B2 gave me my gear back no problem and then he logged out. I then went to the arena. While nearly dying due to the mobs (and fearing death like always.. especially when I never thought of bringing the tent that Ghost gave to me last year, as a spawn point), I eventually backed off the fight. Never got any Fight Skill, but I did get some much-needed First Aid skill.
\nI did, however, get some pretty epic pics of Enki flying behind me as the white dragon (elusive no longer). He was also a blue dragon, and transformed into other things like Fo (one of the gods of Wurm), a rowboat, and finally a Caravel. Pretty hilarious.<\/p>\n
The arena ‘event’ lasted for most of the day and through the late evening, with some of the people getting tired of having their asses kicked by them. Because…WOW, they hit fucking HARD!! Even people in a full set of black dragon hide, couldn’t do it. So I doubt even the almighty Metaldragon(MD) could do it (wherever he’s lurking. Probably in Chaos somewhere).
\nWhen they pleaded for Enki that enough’s enough, he’s all “admit you were defeated by the arena, and it’ll be closed!” I said “I admitted it hours ago”. PvE was never my strong suit (in Wurm). So after we all admitted it, he gave a hearty laugh and told everyone to leave the arena “if you value your lives”. I got the fuck out of there as quick as my legs could go.
\nA good five minutes passed until it was ‘safe’ to enter the arena. Safe indeed, due to my (forced due to the Impalong) low graphics settings… I didn’t realize I was standing in lava until I saw I was taking a lot of damage! Managed to get out of there with 72% health left. Patched myself up of the conveniently-placed crate full of cotton.<\/p>\n
The other events that happened, I learned I didn’t need to get the triangular sail imped to make the rig (as the small mast determines the success chance). Yet I still threw in the two small tackle Renny made for me. I feel like -everything- needs to be high QL (even though I was just told it wasn’t needed).
\nBut fuck it. They appreciate the skillgains at least.
\nSpeaking of imping, I’m getting my boat imped as well as I speak. Someone offered to imp people’s boats, and I was the only one that spoke up. And it looks like (hopefully) he’ll imp it even higher than that Corbita-loving bitch that I bought the boat from (in Xanadu). \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\nAnyway, back to a discussion about the dragon. Thinking what Garit told me, and seriously wondering if B2 should just.. kill himself and go check up on her. I feared everytime I saw a new deed pop up, which one was just placed to fuck me over. I feel like I’m losing sleep over this, which is never good.
\nThen I got an idea. Garit even said that “maybe you’ll think of your own ideas” and now I have one. And it’s a good one. It’s actually a branch of a thing I thought of once. In the back of my mind, I still remember in the early days of building up my deed, of extending the side ramp further up the hill, and then I hit Rock. Back then, there was no such thing as surface mining.
\nBut that rock, holds a key to solving this issue. Unearth it, then have Renny check to see if there’s a vein behind the wall. If there’s not.. then I’m going to use B2 to lure her into this new mine, and then move my deed’s border into it, properly securing her into Oceanside Retreat’s deed borders AND solving the need to box her in!
\nBut if it does (and it’s a full vein), then we’ll proceed as planned before and try to box her in.<\/p>\n
Tulsi also has a role to play in this. Yes, the one I said didn’t care about Wurm? ..I made him care, filling him with my anguish over the thought of losing her. And now he’s on my side. But before he could help me, I had to get away from the Impalong, which wasn’t easy with absolutely NO wind.
\nOnce clear, I told him he could log in. He then \/suicide’d and made it to my deed. So now I won’t have to worry about him being a risk of fucking up the cross-server transfers I’ll have to do. And with my directions, he made it to where she’s being kept. I let out possibly the biggest sigh of relief I’ve made in a long time after he showed me his Event tab… NO DEED!! \ud83d\ude00
\nI then asked him if anyone else was showing up in his Local, and he said he’s the only one showing up.
\nSo he’s going to watch the area with B2 and I still at the Impalong. This is perfect. I also told him if he sees anyone snooping around the area (and in looking for her), to try to get them to look somewhere else (or just play dumb).
\nThis… is all I can do for now. Maybe I’m just overreacting like normal. But I’m going by what Garit told me. He seems to know what he’s talking about, and it’s best to trust him.<\/p>\n
So that’s about it for yesterday. Well, except throwing most of my armor up at the Priest level. They’re enchanting up there, so I thought of why not get some AoSP on them? I also threw my pickaxe into the CoC coffin.
\nOh yeah. Two other things. I always have something to say, don’t I?
\n1. One of the helpers actually got one of my lamps, to rare! My first rare item(that wasn’t a part to build something)!! \ud83d\ude00
\n2. I got Tulsi’s deed stake, so now I don’t have to make one (if my revised plan doesn’t work).
