So much it’s making my chances of moving very difficult.
But despite the lag, there is… well, I should say was, a shred of hope. When I came on, the lag wasn’t as horrendous as it is now. I saw a guy named Vidken, who I found out later is the owner of Raven Point; the deed that’s in my way of planting on the land north of what was that “Restaurant at the edge of the universe” or something like that. It’s where angry showed me.

Anyway, I talked with him into letting me found it. But I didn’t. I wanted to see that area, E of NH. He had 2 hours until he logged off so I would have to move quickly.
Finally getting there, I noticed houses up on the hill, north of where I was planning to found. When I saw those and the road leading to a pier on the other side of the land.. I… I just stopped the power to think of what to do next.
And THAT’S when the lag spikes began to build up and slam into the server like the waves hitting a boat. I waited patiently for the lag to stop as a rat saw me and tried to attack. I saw this and attacked back, killing it easily.
When the lag finally stopped(for alittle bit), I looked again at the houses that where north of where I was and said to myself; “No. This place is already taken. I can’t do it.” and tried to go back to speak with Vidken again about that place.
When I finally got back… I was too late. He logged off and didn’t come back. I felt like kicking the side of my boat for taking too long to come up with a decision.
Still, I tried to remained optimistic of the situation, and went West of Chalice, little did I know it would still be owned by a village not on the fucking map.

Time and time again, it seemed like every good place I tried had a village not on the map. It was seriously pissing me off. And so was angry… of my constant whining to not wanna talk to the owners of the villages to let me in. It’s because I didn’t wanna piss anyone off, or even take the risk of being told ‘no’.

Time passed and angry offered to give me Annaysoan Point. At first I thought that there was no way it will work, as Annayyatta still lives there. And I would have to turn the deed over to him and let him found it as that name.
But angry told me that Annayyatta was planning to live closer to Bennie Bay. And that finally got me to say yes. Unfortunately though, the writs of members of Annaysoan Point where still there. And so I’m going to have to wait until they decay or if angry contacts them about this.

I tried to go home and wait it out, but angry got me to go to the bay for awhile and show him where I plan to found the deed. And I did. Though there was quite a delay until we went to Annaysoan Point with angry repeatably going AFK.. as usual.
But, we got there. And I looked around the place. The first thing I saw was the plentiful number of cave openings. Much more than Dragon Forest. Angry told me there’s a vast network of tunnels going under the settlement.

As nice as the place is though, it has alot of hurdles that will need to be worked out. I just hope angry will let me do them when the time comes. Though it will cost alot of money and time.
And also, dirt will be difficult to obtain as the only way to get it is through a dense, hostile-populated forest. Unless I start going back and forth from Dragon Forest, digging up the scar, and coming back here and dumping it where needed. But that would be 1 HELL of a chore to do.

Whatever will need to be done, I better come up with an idea before it’s time to move.

The pain on the server from the recent /b/ raid is causing frequent, horrible lag spikes today.
