I was really hoping ESO TU would be my MMO of choice, and it is. Mainly due to playing the Single Player series since Oblivion.
\nBecause of this, I had to make a tough (well… not that tough) decision. I left the guild I joined in Wildstar (and of course no one gave a fuck. No one even said bye to me). It’s not their fault I left, it’s my own. Wildstar isn’t my MMO… it’s not even close to being. I have just stopped playing it for the past 2-3 days.<\/p>\n
It’s just too punishing on me (even leveling is hard). But does this mean I’m leaving Wildstar for good? No. I might come back when it goes FTP.
\nThough the main reason I’m leaving the guild, it’s not as “helpful” as I was hoping. The only helpful things they did are thus;<\/p>\n
-Made gear for me (once).
\n-Gave me build advice that went in one ear and out the other.
\n-Told me how to practice on really hard mobs to learn position and crap.
\n-Helped me out (once) with a quest.<\/p>\n
It’s just a bunch of people looking out for themselves. And asking for help, I feel literally embarrassed. Plus, there’s a lot more people playing ESO TU than Wildstar. And I can usually rely on others to help me (even if I don’t ask for help). Though ESO TU’s community is slightly similar to WoW, they will actually take time to answer my questions (usually).<\/p>\n
ESO TU is hard too, but at least questing isn’t. I get lots of quests(and they’re usually my level). Plus the chosen font of the game is easy on the eyes. Also, quest givers actually take the time to read what they want from you. I can feel the quest; feel what it’s about and be immersed into it… unlike Wildstar.
\nPlus, Wildstar’s plot feels like it was glued and stapled together in such a way that it looks like a mess, and badly planned out. ESO’s looks neat and nice (plus knowing the lore from the Single Player series helps).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
